If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of your hardware products from Tyneham Luxury Products USA online store, which is operated by Marquise Hospitality Products, you may return the product to us for a full refund. Liquids are non-returnable.

Returns Policy is only valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item(s).
Marquise Hospitality Products are not liable for postage costs should you wish to return an unwanted item that is not faulty.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with the condition of any item you receive. We will arrange collection of damaged items and resend a new product at our cost if any damage has occurred during shipping.
Please note any returns over 30 days will incur a 25% re-stocking fee that will be applied based on the value of the returned items. Items must be in new (uninstalled) condition, void of scratches and marks.

Should you wish to cancel an order please ensure that you contact us Immediately as a delivery will normally be either same day or next day, there will be no charges made if cancellation is received before the items leaves us, should the item have already left, you will be offered a full refund less the Postage costs incurred.
